soooo, if you haven't watched my video or don't follow me on twitter then you might wonder where all this lancome came from. well, i'm here to tell you, that i actually got a job as a beauty advisor for lancome at macy's (hence my little hiatus). Some perks have been actually getting to take home some products and try them for myself (i've also purchased a few things too). I'm quite in love at the moment...
here are some swatches and better pictures of some of the products that you might've missed in the video.
this is the color design lipstick in s.o.s pink.
i mean, come on, how gorgeous is this lipstick packaging?
perfect summer pink!
Next, is a powder blush in tangerine tint, a gorgeous orange shade!
I also picked up a shimmer e/s in the shade volcano, a gray/taupe color.
Now, for mascaras!
First up, Oscillation, a primer that actually vibrates and does the work for you.
see the little button? haha
The same goes for the Oscillation in black, the actual mascara.
This is the hypnose drama in excessive balck, with an 's' shaped curve. the highest point is always suppose to coat the outer lashes.
Now, for my personal favorite, the hypnose in deep black. i love what it does for my lashes!
Pretty standard brush, really.
i also got some lip and eye liners.

DeleteI love lancome :) apart from their lumpy mascaras haha. their foundations are great though. congrats on getting a job with them. Never tried their lipsticks, its on my list! Hope you can check out my blog, Im a bit of a noob at this! xox

Deletehow does the lipstick compare to corail in love? (in terms of staying power and colour shade)
ReplyDeletei will tell you, the corail in love is a 'rouge in love' lipstick which is our longest wearing lipstick (6 hours)..the 'color design' (which is what sos pink is) is still good, but not quite as good as the rouge in love. as far as color, the rouge in love corail in love is much more pigmented and bright...the sos is a little less bold and more wearable. hope this helps. if you have a lancome counter close, go check them both out and swatch them, or even try them on. :) xx
